Unalienable Rights verses Globalism
As documented in Understanding Unalienable Rights, the dictionary meaning of unalienable rights has been corrupted. School children are no longer instructed about this most basic element of the Declaration of Independence. Leading liberty minded legal and “think tank” organizations often fronting the freedom movement, treat or label the seeking of unalienable right protections as outdated. They argue a system of “civil rights ” as the appropriate man- made replacement. Think tanks of most stripes quietly argue that the idea of unalienable rights is flawed and indefensible. Correspondingly, the idea has been largely abandoned by academia and intellectuals.
The question then becomes: Can the American experiment in freedom continue without a foundation predicated on the notion that each person possesses a life that is their own? I conclude that without the political recognition of unalienable rights it cannot be assured that the political system will recognize that your life belongs to you.
This is not a moot issue. At the root of the globalist movement is Agenda 21 Sustainable Development. This worldwide program agreed upon by 178 nations, including the United States, reveals the directive that human population is to be decreased by 85 % (United Nations; Global Biodiversity Assessment Report, page 673). This policy has appealed to many who argue “overpopulation”. Accordingly, says the consensus, everyone’s “right to life” must be discarded in order to achieve globalist objectives.
Further investigation of contemporary political philosophy demonstrates how our government has abandoned the notion of individual liberty. The freedom to speak has become subject to an increasing array of laws and politically correct mores. Travel is becoming monitored and increasingly restricted as the rules and infrastructure of Agenda 21’s land use element take effect. The intended consequence is to limit our mobility and use of resources. These are primary objectives in implementing Agenda 21. The global warming hysteria is being used to force people into ‘human settlements,” in order to contain and control human action. Man caused global warming fraud therefore serves the implementation of Agenda 21 and the destruction of liberty.
The abolition of private property is the first level of attack in the destruction of unalienable rights and the implementation of Sustainable Development. Following the Supreme Court’s Kelo decision, policies that sublimate private property to “public-private partnerships” have been secured under the law and many more have been and will be legislated. An example arises out of San Jose, California. There ordinances have subjected 1/3 of the private housing stock to the exercise of eminent domain on the basis that the city requires so called Smart Growth “redevelopment”.
What has been lost is the understanding that private property is not simply the ownership of something. Private property is the relationship between a person and a thing. It is a person’s use and enjoyment of something that reflects the essence of the ideal of private property. Your continuing use of what you think is yours, is now, for everyone, un-assured and unprotected. Private property is being abolished.
A system of private property rests on the economic system of free enterprise. Free enterprise means that the citizens own the means of production. This is not to be confused with the general definition of capitalism. The term “capitalism” was coined by Karl Marx to describe 19th mid-century European political-economics which then, as now, is dominated by a fiat money system. Webster’s unabridged 1988 dictionary describes capitalism as, “The economic system… originally under fully competitive conditions… and its later phase by the growth of great corporations, increased governmental control, etc.” This transformative conversion was made possible through the public-private partnership system of fiat money which was adopted in the U.S. in 1913.
When freedom warriors defend the system of modern capitalism they often undermine the principals of free enterprise, secured by the ideal of private property. This happens as the “defenders” often play into globalist hands by virtue of furthering public-private partnership economics. Public-private partnership is the “new economy” brandished by the agents of modern globalism under Agenda 21.
The succeeding effort to abolish private property is the primary cause for the continuing collapse of freedom in America. George Washington warned; “Private property and freedom are inseparable.” As freedom fades, along with American sovereignty, the notion of unalienable rights will become erased from American consciousness. We cannot let this happen!
Public-private partnerships and Sustainable Development are in your community. This is why the study of Agenda 21 Sustainable Development is vital if our posterity and we are to enjoy a life of our own. Today, without public awareness of Agenda 21, the prospects for free enterprise and for freedom do look bleak.
Public-private partnerships (formerly known as economic fascism) must be exposed and disbanded before unalienable rights can again become recognized by the American government, maintained by our courts, and taught in schools.
A resumption of the American promise of a life that is truly your own is accomplished:
• When the environmental movement first values all human life,
• Where the law protects and guarantees individual liberty, and
• Where the right to the use of property is secured.
Reaffirming unalienable rights is our call to duty. You can contribute to this accomplishment most effectively by defending unalienable rights and by understanding and informing others of our government’s suicidal commitment to the ‘global to local’ program of Agenda 21 Sustainable Development.

Speeding Down the Fabian Freeway
The globalist movement adopted a Fabian socialist philosophy long ago. They are in their final push, racing in the open amidst the current chaos in order to take cover under a new and totalitarian political regime. The globalists’ control of the monetary system has given them control over the political system, the state-run academic system, most news and entertainment venues and more.
Our nation has been hijacked by an agenda that serves the interests of global bankers, multinational corporations including so-called NGOs (Non Governmental Organizations) and political elites. The consequences of Sustainable Development are designed to end any political recognition of an individual’s unalienable right to life, liberty and property.
Their goal is to create a one world government through the Action Plan of Agenda 21/Sustainable Development. This U.N. initiative has been adopted as the official policy of the United States. Few, even those in government, understand its full nature or the extent of its policy, but all government agents effectively endorse its Action Plan.
Viewed broadly, Agenda 21/Sustainable Development includes three Action Plans:
*
Abolish Private Property. This is being advanced step by step through the Wildlands Project and through urban Smart Growth initiatives.
* Educate global citizens. Our schools have been transformed. Recent grads are reported to evidence a majority support for global governance.
* Population control and reduction. Many think we are moving closer toward Martial Law.
Agenda 21/Sustainable Development is based on Three E’s: Equity, Economics and Environment:
*
“Equity” means transforming America’s justice system from “Equal Justice” which is the system of law that recognizes the existence of each individual’s unalienable rights, to a system of “Social Justice” where rights are allocated based on group association. This negates the political recognition of unalienable rights recognized by the Declaration of Independence.
*
“Economics” means “Public/Private Partnerships” between government and business, including multinational corporations. This is economic fascism. This is a design to destroy free enterprise and abolish private property. Agenda 21/Sustainable Development also seeks economic equalization within and between nations. This “change” is accelerating.
*
“Environment” is not about protecting the public water, the air or your property from pollution caused by another. The true purpose of the environmental movement is to advance the equity and economic objectives of Agenda 21/Sustainable Development.
You need to understand that Agenda 21/Sustainable Development is designed to:
*
Reduce population dramatically and quickly.
*
Deny all people the right to live their own life.
*
Abolish private property.
There is very little time left to prevent this. We all must act to preserve life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The best preparation for “the change” is predicated on the idea that it is practical to prepare for the worst and work for the best.
You must take certain steps to prepare:
* Eliminate or reduce debt. A debt-free home will dramatically increase your security if that is possible for you. Eliminate all personal debt such as credit card debt to avoid getting yourself into a situation where you become the chattel of your creditor or of the state. Personal debt is the most important form of debt to eliminate as you prepare.
* Obtain commodity currency. Having a stock of silver and or gold will provide you with an ease of mind. This will assist your ability to facilitate trade when it may require a wheelbarrow of dollars to buy a loaf of bread.
* Create or find access to food and water sources. Learn to grow a garden. Work with others so that alternate sources of food and water are prearranged. Have a supply of dehydrated foods to carry you through a difficult time.
Once prepared and informed, you will be ready to act on exposing the threat of Agends 21/Sustainable Development to others. Take action in the mutual interest of restoring and preserving freedom. Recognize unalienable rights.
With this information you can begin to prepare for the planned “change” and assume a role in defeating the grandest assault on human liberty ever devised.
In the end, the prospect for American survival and individual human freedom depends on defeating the Agenda 21/Sustainable Development philosophy and policy.

Attack on Private Property Institutionalized
SUMMARY:
In a powerful 50 minute presentation, abundance ecologist Michael Shaw described the nature, origin, structure and pace of the implementation of Sustainable Development/Agenda 21 in Santa Cruz and across the nation to residents of Auburn, California. The presentation incorporated examples from the Sierras, including a proposed Auburn City Tree Ordinance that dictates what a homeowner can do with trees on their own two acre lot. A report from this event (from the Auburn Journal) follows, with annotation by Freedom 21 Santa Cruz [now Freedom Advocates].
FULL TEXT:
(Adapted from Ryan McCarthy, "Proposed tree law is too radical, group says," Auburn Journal [With editorial comments in brackets by Freedom 21 Santa Cruz ){[href="http://www.freedomadvocates.org/">now Freedom Advocates]])Auburn's proposed tree ordinance represents Santa Cruz-style [political] environmentalism [an Auburn citizen's group] heard in early July."I can see an example of Santa Cruz right here in Auburn," Michael Shaw, [co-]founder of Freedom 21 Santa Cruz [now Freedom Advocates], told Auburn area residents.
He cited the Auburn tree ordinance applying to landowners of two or more acres as an effort to isolate some property owners from others. "When we abandon our neighbor's right to private property we have lost our own freedom," Shaw said.
[For property to be private, the owner must be free to put the property to the use that he or she designs, whether the property is one's land, car, tree... or person and provided that the equal rights of another are not violated in the process.]
If government can control plants," he added, "We become government's chattel."
The group Shaw [co-]founded (Freedom 21 Santa Cruz [now Freedom Advocates]) is critical of what it sees as environmental over-regulation and celebrates the self-governance and individual liberty that inspired the U.S. Constitution.
Many environmental measures are promoted with warm and fuzzy words but are the antitheses of liberty, he said. Auburn could be less than 10 years away from Santa Cruz-style measures and politics, Shaw said after his talk. Auburn City Council-woman Alice Dowden said that, "The city is working diligently to balance the need for growth and development with the need to protect our trees."
[Councilwoman Dowden seems to not understand the essential nature of liberty, responds Shaw. In determining who can cut down a tree on their own property, she seems to presume that her knowledge exceeds the combined understanding of everyone else. Liberty requires that government protect the lives and the rights of people. Fundamental rights include the right to the free use of your property as long as you don't infringe on the rights of others. A collectivist movement seeks to strip people of the use of private property; in this case under the guise of protecting trees, he said.]
"In drafting the ordinance the council has made several allowances to ensure that it can be implemented on a fair and equitable basis," Dowdin said. The updated tree ordinance is targeted at larger scale development rather than a homeowner who wants to cut down a tree to put in a swimming pool, she added.
[Does Ms. Dowden assume that because she was elected she has a special capacity to be equitable in allocating rewards and takings? Shaw asks. Does the Constitutional administration of government provide such power to an elected person?
Tyranny occurs when those who direct the force of government presume such omnipotence - just like becoming drunk after consuming too much alcohol. Lord Acton put it this way: "Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely," he adds.
Methods for government to assume control of land include gaining direct or indirect authority of the plants and/or the water, Shaw continues. When government controls a nation's land or the land's resources, that nation is no longer a "land of the free" people. Government control of the land is necessary for - and a precursor of - state collectivism. This is why the Auburn City attack on private property begins the process of eliminating private property and the freedom that private property supports, he says.
Ms. Dowden speaks as though she can get away with taking away the unalienable rights of a few because she presumes the support of an unrestrained majority, Shaw says. Today, she seeks to control reasonable use of land by landowners of two or more acres. Tomorrow she may target another minority group - or even you. Will someone be there to protect you?
A rapid expansion of government control of the American landscape is occurring. The adoption of the Auburn tree ordinance is one small new chip in the battered ideal of private property and individual liberty, he adds.]
Auburn resident Ken Menzer, a consulting arborist, said the City Council asked for a revised tree measure after a developer in 2000 removed all but two trees out of 700 to 800 when building a subdivision.
[The issue is not about a shortage of trees in the Sierras! The real issue is who decides the fate of individual human action - the individual or the state? One response leads to a raising human condition in a nation or world of increasing abundance and the other leads to a declining human condition in a world of increasing shortages. The City of Auburn seeks to 'protect trees' by taking control over that which is not theirs. These ideas are not new. History shows that left alone, a government will routinely attempt to expand its power and control over people, he says.]
Menzer said he is a pro-business Republican who doesn't want someone to come into the community and replace hundreds of trees with twigs. "It will take generations to restore the lost trees," he said. "I won't live that long; none of us will."
[The logic behind the objection to replacing trees with family homes because "twigs" will arise ignores the individual, commercial, societal, and environmental benefits that come with the provision of market housing, Shaw responds. Increasingly, to be pro-business does not mean that one is pro-private property. After all, some businesses support the idea of partnering with government. Government/private partnerships make it easier to control the action of the rest of us because these partnerships expand the use of government force by favoring the compliant businessman who, in return, often receives protection against free enterprise. There is an increasing occurrence of "consensus" between the "pro-environment" and "pro-business" factions. These agreements routinely take away reasonable uses of someone else's property and or place limitations on other people's reasonable actions.Citizens at large have detected a newly identified syndrome affecting many elected officials and recipients of government largesse - The Twig-Logic Deficit Disorder! Those who seek to control others with such reasoning are being discovered in alarming numbers. The attack on private property is becoming institutionalized. And with it, the attack on freedom itself. As George Washington said, "Private Property and freedom are inseparable," he says.]
Freedom 21 Santa Cruz [now Freedom Advocates] [co-]founder Shaw said that in the city of Capitola in Santa Cruz County, anyone in the community can designate anyone else's tree as a heritage tree. once so designated, an environmental review is required before the landowner can even prune the tree, he said.
He also criticized efforts in the state to create what he termed a "phony water shortage".
"If you control the water you control the people," Shaw said.

What is a Soviet?
People know that a soviet system of government is a dismal failure. A failure so bad, in fact, that it's inconceivable to consider that soviet-style "change agents" might actually be Americans living and working in our own neighborhoods. Even worse, would be to discover that your smiling political leaders might also be "agents of change."
In these increasingly divisive and stressful times, a need for the basic understanding of political systems has become crucial. At a young age I learned that a "soviet" was a system of interconnected councils that work to destroy individual personality, suppress individual potential, and centralize power into the hands of those who seek to control human action and human production.
As a political science major and later as a law student, the definition of, or nature of a soviet social system was never addressed. But years later when "stakeholder consensus councils" began to swarm Santa Cruz County, I began to evaluate the subject in earnest.
Santa Cruz California Establishes a National Model
In early 2001 a proliferation of councils popped up all over Santa Cruz County. Among them were:
* A "Fire Safety Council" - created in order to impose a county wide Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP). The plan was designed by the Federal Department of the Interior and would have prevented rural landowners from reducing vegetation fuel loads on their land in the name of safety!
* "Watershed Councils" - established for nearly every trickling watercourse in order to regulate human action from the stream bank to the upland ridge.
* Special "action" neighborhood councils - designed to control home size, tree pruning or removal, colors and more for existing and prospective private homes.
* A Federal ocean "sanctuary" - created to regulate and monitor the flow and use of all water between the mountain ridge and the seashore.
Today, forest trees cannot be cut. The forest has become less healthy and more fire-prone. Farmers pay exorbitant taxes to draw water from their own wells. Commercial fishermen cannot fish the ocean. A ludicrous mass-transit system is being financed with federal and state money. Dense government housing is being built along the coastal rail line. Rules and regulation covering all manner of human activity are sprouting like forest mushrooms after rains. "Consensus" rules the day; Robert's Rules of Order have been abandoned (or substituted with phony versions intended to fool people). Consistently each council is comprised of people (often the same ones) who are in agreement with a pre-arranged outcome.
I know that the outcomes are pre-arranged because I attended many of these "stakeholder" meetings. My perspective always included addressing the consequence of the planned program on private property and individual autonomy. Without exception an attempt was made by the paid "facilitators" to disregard comments like mine. After realizing that a pattern existed within these councils, some of us learned how to expose the "change agents" objectives, despite being massively outnumbered by other people getting paid to attend the meetings.
For instance, the HCP "consensus" was drawn from "stakeholders" including the Federal Department of the Interior, the Resource Conservation District, the State Department of Natural Resources, the County Planning Department, the Sierra Club, the Native Plant Society, Congressman Sam Farr's Office, insurance industry representatives, the county Fire Chiefs, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO's), and local "environmental" activists. This council was defeated because the proponents could not stand up to the exposure of their irrationality by a small group of reasoned citizens. Why did so many people fight so hard to destroy citizen lifestyles at the risk of catastrophic fire in order to pursue a nonsensical land management policy?
The guidebook behind the Santa Cruz soviet system of "regional" councils is the Santa Cruz local United Nations Agenda 21 (Sustainable Development). I attended these meetings, too. We were told at the time (1996) that Agenda 21 was not connected to the U.N. and that the concept was developed locally. Although the policies were patently irrational, the local Board of Supervisors quietly adopted its provisions as local governing policy. Congressman Farr congratulated the local Agenda 21 committee "The 'Local Agenda 21' Action Plan will not only have local significance, it also will have regional and national impacts."
Agenda 21 is sweeping America under the nomenclature "Sustainable Development" using the environment as an ostensible front for the real purpose behind Sustainable Development Agenda 21 – implementing a partnership between business and government in order to seize America's natural resources and to exercise increasing control over the American people.
The Definition of a Soviet:
* A soviet is a system of councils that report to an apex council and implement a predetermined outcome, often by consensus, affecting a region or neighborhood.
* Members of a soviet council are chosen by virtue of their willingness to comply with that outcome and their one-mindedness with the group.
* Soviets are the operating mechanism of a government-controlled economy, whether it be socialism or government-corporate ("public-private") partnerships.
Change agents are working with opportunists and other foolish people by coordinating government, business, NGO, and "non-profit" partners to implement a soviet system in your county, too.

THE ATTEMPT TO TRANSFORM THE VISION OF AMERICA
by Michael Shaw, President, Freedom Advocates
Several years ago I began working to create a visual depiction of the grand threat facing liberty in America. The sketch was a shape that looked like a weed and its root. With study I came to learn that the shape reflected a dialectic process. Dialectic is the process of synthesis or resolution that arises out of the conflict between a thesis and an anti-thesis.
First, understand the difference between a natural dialectic and a man made or artificial dialectic. A naturally occurring dialectic arises from historical events. For instance; In 1776 King George represented the thesis in a natural dialectic. A political fusion between Agrarian, Commercial and Guild classes of Colonists constituted the anti thesis. The American Revolution was the conflict between the thesis and the antithesis and brought about the resolution – The Articles of Confederation and the perpetual Union.
An artificial dialectic is created when organized political action gradually manipulates civilization by altering understanding of history and by controlling present reality. One way this can be pursued is through the use of the Fabian Society political tactics of Penetration and Permeation. Today, America and the world are being swarmed by such a manipulation. Currently this is being accomplished under a global banner called “Sustainable Development”. Yesterday, the global banner was called “Total Quality Control”, and before that….
For current discussion I will address the artificial - man made - dialectic propelling Sustainable Development. Once an understanding of Sustainable Development is achieved, men and women of good will can be more easily joined to restore and protect Liberty and Natural Law; mutual respect for each person’s individuality.
In another essay I will look more closely at the vision of the America experience and contrast it with Sustainable Development. From that a sketch can be drawn describing the natural dialectic of our time; the conflict between Liberty and Tyranny; Natural Law and legal positivism, the Declaration of Independence and the Declaration of Human Rights.
Establishing a False Premise
An artificial Dialectic is a process that poses seemingly opposite objectives. It is intended to result in a predictable outcome. It is a form of psychological manipulation that utilizes the identification of a ‘thesis’ and corresponding “anti-thesis”. In the case of an artificial dialectic the thesis and the anti-thesis are chosen and pursued to achieve a predetermined “synthesis” - the real objective of the sponsors.
The challenge for these evil doers is to bracket the public’s “choice” between contrasting alternatives each predicated on legal positivism. Legal positivism is the notion that there is no higher law than the law imposed by centralized human authority. Under a régime of legal positivism the “rights” of man are granted and revoked - like an animal’s “rights” would be. Legal positivism is rooted in the philosophy of August Comte and has been nurtured by gradual political action.
The “thesis” of this artificial dialectic is formed by people and organizations who advocate combining the force of government with the power of business. Under Sustainable Development this end is accomplished through the creation of “public/private partnerships”.
The first Sustainable Development business council was formed in 1972. It was called the Business Council for Sustainable Development. It was formed by Prince Charles and included a who’s who list of multinational corporations. Today, Sustainable Development is promoted through “partnerships” between government and aristocratic foundations, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’s), non-profits, many multinational corporations, compliant businesses, non-profits and sustainability grant recipients. Watch for the existence or emergence of local business councils modeled on this concept. Recognize how legislators, executive department officials and the high court justices are nationalizing and globalizing a “new” economic system called public/private partnership.
Many members of local Chambers of Commerce and Farm Bureaus believe in free enterprise; however, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the American Farm Bureau and other certain other industry organizations are NGO’s (Non-Governmental Organizations) accredited by the United Nations. Most NGO’s exist to advance policies that implement Sustainable Development. Members of these groups it would be wise to examine what the organization truly stands for.
The artificial dialectic’s populist “anti-thesis” has been designed to rally the groupings of people around the concept of social justice. Permeators of the anti-thesis are careful to avoid, even a minimum, exposure to the principles equal justice. Equal justice is the concept that all people are independent and equal under the law. Social justice uses the law to reengineer society. The objective of Sustainable Development is the end of the era of equal justice.
“Not possible” you say. “Americans would never accept tyranny’s silent revolution”! But might Americans accept a new cover on an old game? Would Americans accept an evolving Fabian system of economics: a centralized, controlled and managed economy with the objective of abolishing private property and free enterprise; and a communist system of justice; if they were wrapped with a “new” central organizing principle? Such is the purpose of the environmental movement. The environment movement is the camouflage covering the transformation of America.
Sustainable environmentalism attempts to put nature before ordinary man. Man’s property, his liberty and his life become subordinate to the elitist manipulation made in the name of the environment. Realizing the central purpose behind today’s environmental scares is the key to understanding the tyranny of Sustainable Development. The real purpose behind the environmental movement is to deliver control over land and resources to corruptible corporate socialists.
The phony “battle” between the left and the right is, by design, moving society downward, left - right, step-by-step, toward the “New” world of “Sustainability”. A caste system is being established comprised of a ruling elite and the rest of us. Many think they can get a seat at the ruler’s table by becoming compliant with Sustainability. In the end, they too are but chattel ruled by the elite. In most cases the rewards of compliance will be short-lived. The posterity of the collaborators will suffer with everyone else.
Sustainable Development is the synthesis of this artificial dialectic. At the local level this synthesis is achieved though the process of “stakeholder” or “visioning” councils. These local councils coordinate Sustainable ACTION plans in accordance with policies and “tools” designed and delivered by higher tier councils. This “reinvented” American government is the structure of a state directed soviet.
As the Sustainable synthesis or “consensus” occurs, America will experience what Al Gore said will be a ‘deserved’,“wrenching transformation”. The purpose of Sustainable Development is to create a government controlled society. A government controlled society is the trap door to the black hole of tyranny.
The tonic of Sustainable Development is the honey of grant money – a candy laced with poison. Business insiders receive short-term economic benefits from Smart Growth policies. The politically powerful left promotes the anti life, anti liberty, and anti property program called the Wildlands Project.
The red zones represent over 50% of the American landscape. These areas are to be devoid of human presence. The yellow zones are “buffers” to these Wildland areas. The buffers are to become highly regulated zones with very limited uses. The black dots are smart growth or human settlement zones which are to be subject to increasing controls on how you live, raising shortages and increasing restrictions on your mobility.
This map was prepared based on documents taken from the UN’s Geneva headquarters. In 1994, the US Senate was ready to ratify the United Nations Biodiversity Treaty which was to guide the American Wildlands Project implementation. Upon presentation of this map the vote was cancelled. Nonetheless the American Wildlands Project is being implemented by agencies of the federal government working in concert with NGO corporate partners like The Nature Conservancy. For more information go to http://%20www.TakingLiberty.us..
The combination of the Wildlands Project and Smart Growth is the land use element of United Nations Sustainable Development/Agenda 21. The federal government has been committed to Agenda 21 since at least the United Nations Earth Summit Conference which was held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1992.
Agenda 21
Agenda 21 seeks to regionalize America to the benefit of a shrinking number of political-economic insiders. Agenda 21 achieves this by regionalizing nations. Regionalism works to blur political boundaries – which allow elected representatives to dodge accountability. This blurring of boundaries, when coupled with a raid on the public treasury is used by state collectivists to gather the riches of the people. The intention of state collectivism is the abolition of private property and government control over human action, forcefully imposed by replacing individualism with collectivism. This is the real essence of Sustainable Development/Agenda 21.
Agenda 21 is designed to implement the United Nations Charter.
Global governance in accordance with the United Nations Charter is the goal of Sustainable Development/Agenda 21 policies.
The Charter of the United Nations is premised on the idea that ordinary human beings are “biological resources” to be arranged by the elite into a sustainable number of worker bees and bee keepers.
The United Nations Declaration of Human Rights declares in Article 29 Section 3 that: “Rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations”. Under the U.N. Charter your rights become dependent upon your usefulness and your compliance to the will of the elite. Legal positivism rules your life. Your independence is lost. Your fate is determined by others. Humanity is trampled.
Ordinary human beings, regular Americans - liberals and conservatives, believers and non-believers, young and old, need to unite to counter the revolutionary Sustainable transformation of America. The starting point is in understanding Sustainable Development.
At its root Sustainable Development is a spiritual battle brought by evil against good. The political targets include the Magna Carta and the Declaration of Independence. The economic target is free enterprise and the ideals of private property. Justice becomes a fatality of this new order.
Sustainable Trouble is the transformation of America; away from a land of the free; where your life, your liberty and your property are yours; and away from a land of limited government, where law-making is subject to Natural Law. Sustainability is a political system leveraging over 100 years of gradual political infiltration, evidenced, through policies, acts, bills, decisions, agreements and treaties. It has created a political system where rights become granted privileges and can be revoked. The thrust of Agenda 21/Sustainable Development is to regard ordinary human beings as simply biological resources to be managed.
Big Government and the Left/Right Façade
At the core of a modern big government system is a central bank - the grand daddy of insider business/government partnerships.
What is particularly telltale about Sustainable Development is how contrived programs of political right and left wings combine to achieve Sustainability. Both sides support mandatory government education programs. Note the bipartisan (Bush/Kennedy) support for “No Child Left Behind” - the federal child indoctrination mandate designed to assure that the next generation is indoctrinated and molded into compliant global citizens. The most chilling aspect of Agenda 21 is the global educational indoctrination element that has reached into nearly all schools. EdWatch, based in Minnesota, has thoroughly assessed the deliberate plan to mold our children’s attitudes, values and beliefs without awareness of the meaning of liberty.
Take control of your child’s development.
Both sides give support to globalist trade policies that surrender American sovereignty piece by piece to political globalists at the World Trade Organization. The latest piece is called “CAFTA”. The real purpose behind current American globalist trade policy is the advancement of global corporate socialism – a “partnership” between government and business and the systematic elimination of Free Enterprise.
An ample dose of deceit is justified as a means to achieve Sustainable ends. Deceit and corruption is the rotting foundation of the fraudulent environmental movement. The raid of the public treasury is the poison fruit that motivates sustainable mercenaries to use our tax money while they carry out their dirty deeds. Sustainable policy is gathering all America’s resources into the hands of government and its corporate socialist partners.
Big government makes war - without declaration.
A fully implemented Permanent Revolution – war, revolution and terror - is evolving as a final stage tactic of Sustainable policies. Sustainable strategy is designed to cause confusion, division, dependency and accelerating crisis.
A police state becomes inevitable and global governance follows.
Sure, each subset of contemporary political globalists wants to design the details to the benefit of his or her buddies, but the fight is phony. The real fight is between liberty and tyranny, not over which tyrant is in control.
Meeting the Challenge
In 1959, Nikita Khrushchev visited California’s Disneyland. He said; “We [tyrants] will bury you – without firing a shot”. Back then I thought he was a crazy old man. Today, I think it is time to think clearly and make sure that the silent and insidious advance of tyranny does not control the 21st century and beyond. The challenge facing Americans today is enormous. Posterity will suffer horrific consequences from Sustainability policy if adults fail to perform our duty. It is time that we understand the insidious transformation of the grand American experience.
Learn how you may be unintentionally feeding the artificial dialectic of Sustainable Development. If you are – transition your ways to the cause of liberty.
Let men and women of good will rally around parenthood, property and the moral and legitimate exercise of government authority. Do not be fooled: It is liberty that we must preserve for future generations if we are to have a healthy planet, rising prosperity, genuine peace and a life of one’s own. Let us each renew the spirit of America’s grand purpose.
Let Liberty Reign!

Democracy is not Freedom
The systems of justice that support individual freedom – the Rule of Law – and Democracy -- rule by the majority -- also contrast.
American tradition is based upon the core element of the Declaration of Independence – equal justice. This is the system of law that applies the same law to every person and which implements the concept of a higher law – labeled under the Declaration as “Unalienable Rights”. These are the rights imbued and inherent within each of us that allow all people to lead a life of one’s own, with the liberty to act and the right to the use and enjoyment of one’s private property.
Under equal justice, government power is, accordingly, limited. Such is the foundation of the American Republic. Today, that Republic is in near ruin. Democracy ignores unalienable rights; mob rule replaces individual rights.
Democracy utilizes a different system of justice called Social Justice. Social Justice generates differing results to different groups of people depending the law’s finding of “common good”. Because the “common good” changes from day to day, no one can ever know what rights they will have tomorrow.
In an attempt to provide “equity” to all groups, Social Justice creates overlapping castes, each representing a “common good” de jour and each clamoring for more power. But no principle regarding the protection of the ideal of private property exists under Social Justice. Private use of property may be granted “interim protection” under Social Justice law, but only when such a conclusion is thought to advance the common good. Yet, even when seeming protections of unalienable rights arise under Social Justice, they can be retracted later on when they have served their purpose as perceptions of “common good” are always subject to “change”.
Democracy is often used to calibrate or implement public perspectives. (So called “common good” is claimed when building temporary public confidence in the oligarchy’s silent program of democratization.)This occurs while the oligarchy in charge of governmental operations propels a system of Social Justice designed to eventually assume ultimate control over all human action. Social Justice is the “equity” of the political-economics that drives America in this the looming post-free enterprise era.
As our system of justice progresses from “equal justice for all” to one of “equity”, our once democratic Republic mutates into a socialist state and the fall of America proceeds apace.
The immediate question becomes: is the fall in the ordinary course of events or is it planned? Similarly, is the rise of world governance (The United Nations, The World Bank, The World Trade Organization, The European Union, The Bank of International Settlements, and regional trade pacts such as NAFTA CAFTA and FTA and more) the natural course for human advancement or is it being directed by an oligarchy?
Clearly these questions get to the heart of today’s problems. With the march toward democracy, we advance socialism. Michal Gorbachev said, “More socialism means more democracy, openness and collectivism in everyday life.”
As the previously silent Americans begin to rally around various hot button issues, it is important they understand the threat of democracy. As James Madison said, "Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their death."

IICLEI Primer: Your Town and Freedom Threatened
ICLEI uses the false premise and outright lies of anthropogenic* global warming to change our way of life, for the worse!
ICLEI: Local Governments for Sustainability promotes Local Action 21, Local Agenda 21 and other United Nations programmes implemented through local town councils, planners, mayors and local governments.
Why should you care?
Social engineering and behavior modification are some of the true objectives being implemented under the guise of environmental and climate protection. This is accomplished by exploiting people's desire to maintain a healthy and lasting environment in the name of “sustainability.” Here is an example of how ICLEI changes behavior, jut like another organization called “Fostering Sustainable Behavior”.
It is also ICLEI’s job to implement United Nation’s policies that restructure our representative form of government through a global and regional development. A soviet system that is based on Regionalism. It facilitates both communism and fascism. Representative government with defined limits is the basis of a free and just society.
Cool Mayors Fire-up Hot Debate
ICLEI methods include infiltrating local government. Organization representatives seek to be hired into local planning departments or they provide “toolkits” to staff. Too many elected officials such as Cool Mayors allow ICLEI to influence policy changes through the use of funding incentives and rewards. While some of these policies sound good on the surface, they result in consequences such as:
* High-density housing scams
* Traffic congestion
* Open space where access is not allowed
* Government “partnering” with favored private businesses and non-profit agencies, using your tax money
* Undermining Constitutional administration of government
* Managed control over your life
* Mismanagement of public utilities
* Prohibitions on natural resource management leading to increased fire hazards, lack of water, and private property restrictions,
* Increased taxes, fees, regulations and restrictions
Is ICLEI running your town or coming to a town near you?
Are your elected officials being lured into enacting ridiculous rules and regulations in exchange for funding? Do your elected officials know that there are long term consequences to their irresponsible actions?
Currently there are more than 550 communities in North America paying membership dues to ICLEI. Upon becoming a member of ICLEI, members become governed by ICLEI Charter. If your community is one of these, you are paying for the loss of your unalienable rights.
